New KPIs Model

The Sight Machine platform contains an all-new KPIs model for improved reporting, benchmarking, and analysis. Whether you track Quality, Yield, First Pass Yield, First Time Yield, or other metrics, the KPIs model offers flexibility with completely configurable formulas. For improved network-wide benchmarking and issue identification, the KPIs model supports comparisons across assets, process areas, and even facilities. The KPIs model is also linked to all underlying data sources so you can understand questions like: “What product type has the lowest OEE?”

The KPIs model is available in the Data Visualization application as well as in the Single Value Widget application as a new model. To use the new model, select KPIs in the Model picker.

After you select the KPIs model, only machines with KPIs configured are available for selection in the Assets picker. Select the machines that you want to use for KPI tracking, benchmarking, or analysis.

The Y Axis picker contains KPIs that are available across all the selected machines. Select the KPIs that you are interested in.

The X Axis picker contains all common data fields across all of the selected assets so you can analyze KPIs by time, shift, or even other parameters such as injection pressure or internal temperature.

If you do not see the KPIs model available in the Sight Machine platform, please contact your customer success representative for more information.

Calendar Updates

Calendar: Configurable Production Week and Year

The production calendar now supports a configurable start of week and start of year to match your reporting periods.

The default production week starts on Sunday and the default production year starts in January. If your production calendar has a different production start of week or start of year, please contact your customer success representative for more information.

Calendar: Quarter Shortcuts

Calendar shortcuts now include This Quarter and Last Quarter options for reporting on a quarterly basis. These shortcuts work with the configurable production calendar to match your quarterly reporting period. Quarter shortcuts are available for the Cycle and KPIs models in the Data Visualization application and the Single Value Widget application.
