Creating a Report

To create a new Centerline report at the beginning of your shift, click on Start New.  This will automatically bring up a list of Centerlines specific to the machine selected.  For each Centerline variable, the variable/adjustment name, the equipment sub-section it pertains to, as well as its target value, will be surfaced.

As you perform your checks, you can choose the current value from convenient drop-down options for certain variables which are categorical and can only have a certain set of values.  For numerical values, simply enter the current value observed.  As each check is performed, our Centerlines application immediately surfaces In Spec or Out Of Spec status.

Out Of Spec Reports

For centerline variables that do not meet target values or ranges, you will need to fill out the Out Of Spec report by clicking on the Report button.

Note that you will need to click on the Notify button to indicate that you have discussed this issue with the relevant person or Department.  E.g. Continuous Improvement.

You can now click on Submit Report.
