The Line Layout application provides a digital layout of your production line that accurately represents the equipment arrangement and process flow.

Monitor Process Disruptions

You can monitor key process disruptions in real-time, including line stops, machine status, and downtime reasons. The equipment layout and process is represented along with relevant data such as fault code and fault code description when a certain machine is down.  

You can also see when a machine is blocked or starved.  This functionality enhances operational responsiveness by providing immediate visibility into ongoing issues, enabling faster resolution and minimizing downtime.

Assess Impact of Equipment Failures

You can quickly assess the impact of equipment failures across upstream and downstream processes without the need to physically inspect the production line or communicate with other operators. This feature improves efficiency by providing a centralized view of system performance, reducing the time spent on manual checks.

Selecting a machine on the layout highlights the machine card that consists of machine-specific data such as its current speed, average speed, fault code description if the machine is in a fault state, and other key process variable values.
