Factory BUILD

• Streaming Data Preview: Validate data quality faster with streaming data previews which return an initial result set quickly while continuing to process the full preview.

  • Understand the progress of your preview with a % complete indication, enabling you to decide between using the initial preview results or waiting for the full preview results to become available.

  • Avoid waiting for long-running previews to complete by now having the ability to cancel previews once the initial result set is available.

  • Validate data quality iteratively with incremental loading of results.

• Easily access existing preview results with an indicator on the graph showing their location.

• Improved usability of “Unpacked JINJA Configuration” now automatically removes whitespace.

• Validate development workspaces in Factory ANALYZE more easily with added details for the “In-Use” Workspace warning which now includes Workspace Name, Stage, Created Time, and Last Updated Time.

• Quickly access your newly created workspace or workspace version with automatic scrolling to bring it into view when necessary.

• Performance Improvements

  • Improved Error Console: Opening, searching, and navigating the error console is much easier due to performance improvements, greatly enhancing the experience for pipelines with a large number of errors or warnings.

  • Enhanced Configuration of Templates: Experience smoother configuration of Templates with optimized performance, reducing the delay after each update.

  • Complex Pipeline Responsiveness: Improved responsiveness for complex pipelines in search, template creation.

• Delete “Ghost Facilities” directly within Environment Builder: no need to contact support anymore.

• Operator Syntax Selection: Improved clarity for the operator syntax selection with an updated user interface.

• Bug Fix: Data dictionaries now correctly validate the type: boolean

• Bug Fix: Resolved an issue where pausing one pipeline would inadvertently pause the pipeline of another workspace.

• Bug Fix: Resolved an issue where the the horizontal scroll position was changed while navigating preview results using column statistics.

• Bug Fix: Resolved an issue where the Data Dictionary or Unpacked JINJA drawers would remain open after navigating away from the pipeline canvas.

• Bug Fix: Resolved an issue that displayed empty operator configuration for a shared URL shared where the selected operator was deleted.

• Bug Fix: Resolved an issue where the preview path was not drawn for templates in edit mode.

Factory ANALYZE

• Bug Fix: Resolved an issue where the Updated Time timestamp for Dashboards and Data Tables on the Homepage Suggestions panel was not being updated correctly

• Bug Fix: Resolved an issue where Line KPIs and other data fields were not being shown as selected in the Y-axis picker, even though they were selected.

• Bug Fix: Resolved an issue where Select All in the Y-axis picker for the Lines data model failed to select KPI fields.

• Bug Fix: Resolved an issue where reordering fields in the Lines Model when invalid “ghost fields” are present, deletes these fields, or crashes the application.

• Bug Fix: Resolved an issue where Downtimes fields with the same name were being duplicated when one of them was selected in the Y-axis picker.

MANUFACTURING DATA PLATFORM

• Runtime Fields Improvements:

  • Support for all data models: Create runtime fields using Downtime, Parts and Raw Data model, in addition to Cycles. Enhance your data modeling experience by leveraging a wider range of data models for more comprehensive and consistent runtime field creation.
