Factory CONNECT

• Optimization for Configuration Validation and Streams: Significant performance optimizations for configuration validation and the streams UI. Experience up to 40x faster validation and stream viewing, greatly enhancing productivity and user experience.

• RawQ Topics Improvements:

  • Bulk Selection: Select multiple RawQ topics at once for batch operations. Increase efficiency and streamline your data management processes.

  • Bulk Deletion: Delete multiple RawQ topics in one action. Simplify your data cleanup tasks with this new bulk deletion feature.

  • URL Parameters: URL parameters are now automatically added when you select filters or search in the UI. This ensures that filters and searches do not reset when leaving the page, and also allows you to bookmark specific views for easy access later.

  • New Columns: New columns, including Created Time, First Edge Arrival Timestamp, Last Edge Arrival Timestamp, First Data Time, and Last Data Time, have been introduced to RawQ topics for improved data tracking and management. Filter and sort topics by these additional criteria.

  • Choose Columns: Customize your RawQ topics view by selecting which columns to display. Tailor your table to show the most relevant information.

  • Better Performance: Significant performance improvements have been made to RawQ topics. Experience faster load times and more responsive interactions.

  • Removed Table Pagination: Table pagination has been removed to provide a seamless and continuous scrolling experience. Access all your data in one view without the need to navigate through pages.

• Bug Fix: Fixed an issue with the GE Receiver to handle invalid polling and data-sample interval configurations more gracefully, preventing system errors and ensuring continuous operation.

• Bug Fix: Addressed client session and connection stability issues with OPCUA. Improved the reliability of OPCUA connections, reducing disconnections and enhancing overall stability.

Factory BUILD

• Disabled Preview: The preview experience has been improved to show a tooltip for the disabled “Preview Data” action indicating invalid configuration exists on the selected operator or upstream of the selected operator in the preview path.

• Bug Fix: Operators with both warnings and errors incorrectly displayed with a status of warning. The operator status has been fixed to show the error status when both warnings and errors exist.

Factory ANALYZE

• Content Impact Report: The Content Impact Report surfaces issues for a given workspace across KPIs, runtime fields, and user-generated content including dashboards and data tables that are impacted by the changes in the given workspace. The report also provides detailed information on the underlying issue as well as links to content that is impacted, enabling you to anticipate and resolve issues before they surface in visualizations and analytics.

• Color Customization in Event Timeline: Specify corporate brand colors and standardize plant floor dashboard views by customizing colors in Event Timeline visualizations.

• Bug Fix: Fixed an issue with alert incident counts incorrectly displaying zero incidents when valid incidents were reported.

MANUFACTURING DATA PLATFORM

• Runtime Fields Improvements:

  • Data Dictionary Reference: Reference any data dictionary cell directly within a runtime fields formula with the new lookup operator. Access data fields easily, ensuring consistency across all your runtime fields and enhancing your data modeling experience.

  • Divide by Zero Handling: Enhanced handling for divide by zero scenarios within runtime fields. Default behavior now sets the result to NULL, and any subsequent operations involving NULL will also result in NULL, preventing unexpected erroneous results.

  • Unique Name Enforcement: Automatically enforce unique names for runtime fields during creation and modification, preventing conflicts and maintaining data integrity.

  • Better Alerting: Improved messaging and alerting when making changes that would break dependencies with other runtime fields.

  • Bulk Validation: View validation for all runtime fields simultaneously with the new bulk validation feature. Quickly identify which fields have validation errors, allowing you to take immediate action to fix them.

  • New Column: A new "Last Activated" column has been added to the runtime fields table for better visibility into fields' activation status and unsaved changes.
