    Overview of Changes

    Notes

    Factory BUILD

    • Pipeline Builder Layout Improvements & Centralized Error Console:

      • New Central Error Console will help you quickly identify and resolve errors across all operators on the canvas.

      • New Streamlined Navigation Layout provides more room for canvas interactions and improving overall usability.

      • New Full-Height operator configuration panel. The operator configuration panel is now full-height, offering convenient access to Data Dictionaries and side-by-side comparisons of Unpacked JSON, making it easier to configure and manage dynamic operators.

      • New Read-only operator configuration for deployed pipelines now supports copy, select all, and navigation with keyboard shortcuts.

    • Pipeline Builder Performance Improvements

      • Enhanced Preview

        • Entering preview mode and navigating the canvas while in preview mode is now up to 3x faster, especially for large pipelines with templates.

        • The preview results table performance has been improved, allowing users to navigate large preview results with ease and speed.

      • Improved Canvas performance, especially for pipelines containing templates.

    • Bug Fix: Resolved an issue that prevented users from moving template operators in previously saved templates.

    • Bug Fix: Resolved an issue that caused runtime fields to be lost during workspace merges when the name was the same but the machine type was different.  Merges now consider both runtime field ID and machine type as part of the unique identifier.

    • Bug Fix: Resolved an issue of duplicate operator IDs that caused the browser crashed mid-action.

    • Bug Fix: Resolved an issue where where invalid operators showed as valid after deleting a template upstream of the operator.

    • Bug Fix: Resolved an issue of missing internal template metadata that caused templates to appear incorrectly large vertically.

    Factory ANALYZE

    • Dashboard widgets with errors now provide in-context guidance with detailed information regarding invalid machines and data fields, enabling you to easily identify and update the widget with the correct parameters and resolve errors quickly.

    • Data Visualization widgets with multiple data fields selected in the Y-Axis, for example, will not error out if some of the selected data is invalid, as they did previously.  Instead, the charts will display data for all valid data fields.

    • New Multivariate Curve Fit Analysis application provides the ability to perform a multivariate curve fit for multiple X-axis variables against a Y-axis variable.  Linear and random forest models are supported, and the application generates a feature importance histogram rather than a trendline.

    • New field type ‘downtime’ enables you to distinguish between regular data fields (Cycles model), KPI fields, as well as downtime fields, and ensures that charts in applications such as Data Visualization present the data with the appropriate labels and legend.

    • Performance Improvement: The performance of the Event Timeline application for time ranges of 30 days or more has been improved.

    • Bug Fix: Resolved an issue where Single Value Widgets with no data in the query were being hidden when the Formatting Options menu is accessed.

    • Bug Fix: Resolved an issue where Cookbooks error out when lever values go to infinity in some cycle records

    • Bug Fix: Resolved an issue where the Content Impact Report did not generate a   report for a large number of dashboards

    • Bug Fix: Resolved an issue where the Color By capability in Event Timeline did not work as expected for default colors when a custom color configuration was specified

    • Bug Fix: Resolved an issue where the Downtime ID fields when defined on both the Cycles and Downtimes models did not return correct results
