The Factory OPERATE Home Page provides a summary of the critical KPIs and process variables that impact your daily product, and avoid having to navigate lots of dashboards and detailed data reports.  By empowering all plant personnel to use data, our solution ensures seamless decision-making and enhanced operational agility.

The key benefits of the Home Page are:

1. You can easily identify lines and machines requiring attention through real-time access to critical operational data.  This functionality ensures quick decision-making by providing up-to-the-minute insights into system performance.

2. Our solution is designed to let teams navigate plant information across various devices, including tablets, kiosks, and shop floor screens. The interface is designed for a consistent and optimized user experience, ensuring that critical information is always accessible, regardless of the platform

Facility and Line KPIs

At the top of the home page, you can view Facility KPIs, which are rolled up across multiple lines.  This information allows you to assess plant health at a glance.

KPIs specific to each Production Line are also presented, and enable you to assess line health and compare performance across lines.

Shift-Based Data Views

The Home Page provides shift-based time ranges, with a default setting of This Shift , as Operators often want to view data that is relevant to their current shift, or perhaps a previous shift.  

KPI values presented on the Home Page are computed over the selected Time Range.  You can select from a range of preset time range options, as shown below.
