Requests for the addition of new CIL tasks should be submitted via the Sight Machine Support portal. When reporting task outcomes, ensure that Completed (Yes/No) and Defect Found (Yes/No) statuses are recorded. Furthermore, free-text comments may be utilized to provide context for incomplete tasks or to document specific equipment defect details.
